This is my go-to smoothie in the morning. Quick, easy, healthy, and yummy! Perfect for back to school or work:)
Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free
Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups rice milk (I use Natura, which is fortified with calcium)
1 tbsp golden flaxseeds (grounded)
2 tsp lemon juice
1-2 tsp *optional sweetner: maple syrup
2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest’s* HempPro50
2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest’s Organic HempProFibre
1/3 cup frozen Canadian wild blueberries
2/3 cup frozen raspberries
2 cups frozen strawberries
Instructions:
- Add the ingredients in order from the list above into your blender and blend. Enjoy!

Notes:
- To serve one, cut the ingredients in half.
- For more protein, add a tablespoon of your favourite nut butter.
