If you haven't noticed, I've been on quite the quest to make healthier Chinese food. Lionheads’ Curry
This mild curry is inspired by my mom’s “Chinese-style” cooking when I was growing up. It is packed with flavour and protein. Try it out:)
Lionheads’ Jerk Pasta
This dish was partly inspired by my mom’s cooking. She used to make something like this when I was a child. Cremini and onions are meant to be together! The jerk sauce gives it a kick, while the basil and hoisin sauce give the dish a unique flavour, while keeping the spice in check (well, kind of!). Most importantly, it’s an easy and fast recipe. I hope you like it.
Lionheads’ Arrabiata Pasta
When I wrote this original post, we had fresh garlic and zucchini in the garden and these ultra yummy whole green olives in the fridge. Not only did this dish satisfy my craving but it was delicious! Now we're in the thick of winter and this dish does a nice job of warming us up:)
